Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

Presentation Times:

  • Invited or Awards presentations are 30 minutes long, including 25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • Contributed presentations are 15 minutes long, including 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion.

Audio-Visual Setup:
The conference room will be set up with a screen, microphone, LCD projector, and laptop (PC). NAMBE will provide a laptop (PC) in the session room. Please load your presentation using a flash drive on to this computer prior to the start of the session or during a session break. Please note that PowerPoint (16:9) is the recommended presentation software.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

Poster presenters are requested to be present at (or near) their poster during the times scheduled for poster viewing.

Workshop Posters: Saturday, July 20, 2024
  • Setup Time: Saturday, July 20, 2024, 3:00 p.m.
  • Poster Session Hours: Saturday, July 20, 2024, 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • Poster Removal: Posters may remain up for viewing throughout both the Workshop and Conference Poster Sessions. Posters must be removed immediately following the Wednesday morning technical session.
  • Poster Size: Poster presenters will be provided with a blank board and push pins for mounting posters at the setup times listed above. The poster boards will be 48 inches wide x 48 inches high and will be marked with your poster number that is listed in the program. Please make your poster no larger than 46 inches wide by 46 inches high.
NAMBE 2024 Posters: Monday, July 22, 2024
  • Setup Time: Between Saturday, July 20, 2024, 3:00 & Monday, July 22, 2024, 4:00 pm
  • Poster Session Hours: Monday, July 22, 2024, 5:15 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
  • Poster Removal: Posters must be removed immediately following the Wednesday morning technical session. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any posters left on the boards after Wednesday morning – any remaining posters will be discarded.
  • Poster Size: Poster presenters will be provided with a blank board and push pins for mounting posters at the setup times listed above.
